Cancellation Policy of The Compass Rose Cottage

In order to insure your desired dates at the Compass Rose Cottage and confirm a seat on a dive boat, you must make a 30% deposit of the rental charge.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, the deposit must be made within 10 business days of your confirmation. Until your deposit is received your proposed reservation dates cannot be held. You may use Visa or MasterCard to make your deposit with Salt Cay Divers.
The deposit is refundable subject to a 15% cancellation chargeif you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date.
Your balance must be paid prior to your arrival date.
No refunds are available within 60 days of your arrival date. However, all efforts will be made to reschedule your stay at a mutually convenient time within one year of your original reservation date. All dates are subject to availability.
Cancellation of dates between December 20 and January 7 of each year are not subject to rescheduling or refund of the deposit.
